Advisor is committed to protecting its clients’ privacy. To conduct regular business, Advisor may collect
nonpublic personal information about its clients from sources such as:

  • Information reported by clients on applications or other forms clients provide to Advisor.
  • Information about clients’ transactions with Advisor, its affiliates, or others.
  • Conversations between clients and our representatives.

Advisor shares nonpublic information solely to service its client accounts. Advisor does not disclose any

If a client decides to close the client’s Account with the Advisor or becomes an inactive client, the Advisor
